- Updated .gitignore to exclude the /code-dev directory instead of /gitea.

- Changed references from "Gitea" to "code-dev" in various locales and log messages.
- Updated Makefile to change the executable name from gitea to code-dev.
- Adjusted package.json to downgrade minimatch and webpack dependencies.
